What's the difference between the Holly Jolly, Bright Christmas, and Deck (All) The Halls packages?

The difference is coverage and complexity. Holly Jolly focuses on a classic roofline glow. Bright Christmas adds trees, bushes, and playful lighting options. Deck (All) The Halls is a full, show-stopping display with landscape, décor, and accent lighting.

Can I customize a package?

Yes. Packages are starting points. During your consultation, we tailor the design to your home's layout and your holiday style.

What does "starting at" pricing mean?

Prices start at the listed amount for typical homes. Final pricing depends on your home's size, layout, and chosen lighting features. Your quote is clear and upfront before you move forward.

Are installation, maintenance, and takedown included in the price?

Yes. Everything for the season is included. Installation, any needed maintenance, takedown, and storage.

What is the Smart Light Reveal kit?

It's our smart plug upgrade that lets you control your lights from your phone. Many families use it for a special first-night light-up moment.

How does the light reveal work?

Your lights are installed and tested, then left off. When you're ready, you turn them on from your phone. Often with family gathered and music playing.

What happens if a bulb goes out or something needs attention?

Just let us know. Our worry-free maintenance means we'll take care of it quickly so your display stays bright all season.

What is the 3-Year Promise?

Once we design a custom look for your home, we automatically install, maintain, remove, and store your lights for three seasons. No yearly rebooking or re-planning.

Can I keep the same design next year?

Yes. And most customers do. We store your layout and materials so each season is easier and consistent. Small updates can always be made if you want a refresh.

When do installations typically happen?

Installations usually begin in early November and continue through early December. Early booking helps secure preferred dates.

When are the lights taken down?

We schedule takedown after the holidays, typically in January. You don't need to do anything. We handle it.

How far in advance should I book?

Earlier is better. Popular install windows fill up quickly, especially for larger displays. Early reservations also unlock occasional perks and upgrades.

What if the weather is bad on install day?

We plan around weather and will reschedule if conditions aren't safe. We'll always communicate clearly if timing changes.
